This course introduces the principles of supporting a child or young person's needs through a human rights approach. It highlights how to take measures to reduce restrictive practices that might be used intentionally or in some cases without realising they are restricting the child or young person's liberty or autonomy. It has an estimated completion time of 40 minutes.

Very interesting and informative
I would like to suggest that links be made available to the conventions of the rights of the child for further reading to support applying this knowledge. Whilst this module does give information pertaining to the convention of the rights of the child, further reading and understanding of this would further enhance learning.
